PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO BREXIT, IN MOST CASES, WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO COUNTRIES IN THE EU WITHOUT AN EORI NUMBER, A REQUIREMENT FOR THE CARRIER COMPANIES.

DUE TO THE UNPREDICTABLILITY AND LACK OF TRACKING AVAILABLE FOR ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE CARRIER SERVICE FOR YOUR DELIVERY. 

XMAS - WE WILL BE CLOSED 25TH / 26TH / 1ST / 2ND.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDER AFTER 4PM ON 23RD DECEMBER, WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL FRIDAY 27TH DECEMBER.  ANY ORDER AFTER 4PM ON 30TH DECEMBER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL FRIDAY 3RD JANUARY.

 

What is the latest order time for next day delivery?

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day - please note this is for items in stock - from time to time we will have an additional 1-2 day delay when re-stocking an item back into our warehouse. We will always do our best to process orders placed after 4pm the same day; otherwise the order will be processed the following day. Please note orders received after 4pm on Friday will not be posted until the subsequent Monday. Please note we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery once your order has been dispatched via standard first class Royal Mail.

When will my order be delivered?

If dispatched via DPD or UPS, this is a next day service, please make sure there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If dispatched via Royal Mail, 1st class post, generally this will be delivered next day but it is not guaranteed.  Overseas order delivery dates will be advised at the time of shipping.  Please note delivery times around UK bank holidays will be different.  Christmas time for example will have limited business days so please allow for extra time and we will supply your order as soon as we can.

Can I return unwanted goods?

Unwanted goods can be returned, within 14 days, unopened and in the original packaging. You can open the boxes but not the sealed bags inside. A handling charge may be charged for any returns, so please contact our customer services. Please return the items to Head Office:

How do I obtain a refund for goods returned?

Upon receipt of your returned goods a refund will be made by your chosen payment method. A refund for the original delivery charge will be given when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, and cannot process a refund until the goods have been safely returned to use

Can I exchange goods?

Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days. Please ensure the goods are unopened and in the original packaging. Please return the items to Head Office:
