Do you ship internationally ?
Yes we ship internationally with our preferred couriers FEDEX & UPS, our carriage prices are very favourable which will be calculated at checkout.
I want to make a purchase and I am outside the UK, do you charge VAT ?
We do not charge VAT for any sales outside the UK, when you put your location at the checkout stage, it will recalculate and charge you ZERO Vat.
I am searching for a part which is not listed on your site, what will I do ?
Please call us, although our shop is very extensive we can help with fast delivery on items that are not listed on the site, please call on 01382 455400 and we will try out best to help you.
What is the latest order time for next day delivery in the UK?
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day. We will always do our best to process orders placed after 4pm the same day; otherwise the order will be processed the following day. Please note orders received after 4pm on Friday will not be posted until the subsequent Monday. Please note we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery once your order has been dispatched via standard first class Royal Mail.
When will my order be delivered?
If despatched via DPD or UPS, this is a next day service, please make sure there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If despatched via Royal Mail, 1st class post, generally this will be delivered next day but it is not guaranteed. Overseas order delivery dates will be advised at the time of shipping.
Can I return unwanted goods?
Unwanted goods can be returned, within 14 days, unopened and in the original packaging. You can open the boxes but not the sealed bags inside. A handling charge may be charged for any returns, so please contact our customer services.

How do I obtain a refund for goods returned?
Upon receipt of your returned goods a refund will be made by your chosen payment method. A refund for the original delivery charge will be given when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, and cannot process a refund until the goods have been safely returned to use
Can I exchange goods?
Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days. Please ensure the goods are unopened and in the original packaging. Please return the items to Head Office:
