Deep groove ball bearings are one of the most common style of ball bearings which support axial forces in both directions as well as radial forces. The bearing has a single row of balls retained in a cage. The Z suffix means the bearing has a metal shield on one side of the bearing which is designed to prevent dust/dirt from entering the bearing and to retain the lubricant/grease.
This style if very common for electric motors as opposed to the sealed 2RS style as their is less friction and they are designed for higher speeds.
